Wedding Photography

A wedding day is many things at once — tender and chaotic, rehearsed and completely unexpected. I'm not here to direct it. I'm here to watch it with you, and give you something honest to hold onto.

I have an editorial style with fine art sensibility. That means I'm always present, always watching, but never intrusive. I let your day unfold naturally and capture it with intention — magazine quality photos with real feeling.

Every wedding is treated as a singular commission. I don't shoot multiple weddings per weekend. When I'm with you, I'm fully with you.

Based in Waukee, I serve couples across the Des Moines metro, throughout Iowa, and travel anywhere for destination weddings. Learn more about Amy.

Elopements & Intimate Weddings

Not every wedding needs a ballroom. Whether you're eloping, hosting a small ceremony for the people who matter most, or planning a micro-wedding with a condensed timeline — these packages are built for couples who want intention over excess. Connection over convention.

From a backyard ceremony in Iowa to a destination elopement abroad, the approach is the same: show up fully, stay present, and capture your day exactly as it felt — not how it was staged.
